Sommerall Station is a pet-friendly apartment community and provides a wonderful place for not only you to live but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. Pets are known to better your physical health and mental well-being. Sommerall Station believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome two pets per home with a $15 monthly rent per pet. For one pet, there is a $250.00 pet fee and an accompanying $250.00 pet deposit. For two pets, there is a $300.00 pet fee and an accompanying $300.00 pet deposit. Aggressive breeds are prohibited, and a 50-pound weight limit applies to all pets. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies.
Non-Smoking Community. No smoking allowed on property grounds.
